Credible Feast is officially live!

My Story

You guys, I finally did it!  After months of hard work, I’m proud to share my story with you.  Here’s why I launched Credible Feast in the first place, read all about it here.

When my husband was diagnosed with cancer, we went to the Kushi Institute to study Macrobiotics. It was there that I learned the truth about REAL food. Being a new, single mom, I can’t say that I am following all of the things I learned, but I certainly can say that I can’t wait to get back to it! And my child only eats real food! (of course I am fully aware that he will probably want to only eat mac and cheese someday, haha!) 🙂

Wow that sounds sooooooo cool! Thanks for sharing. Daphne loves Mac and Cheese, except we make it with 100% whole milk from grassfed cows and cheese, and also use red lentil pasta. Delicious and SO nutrient dense!

I am shocked that the western world douses itself with supplements. Actually, to be honest, what you have written is what every person on earth should eat, good wholesome food, that was alive once(plant or animal) and not born in a box in a factory

The south east asia part is actually not factually correct, yes we eat a lot of rice, as you put right after weaning, but we actually eat vegetables that most people dont even know can be consumed.
And I am not south east asian, just lived there for a very long time, so my diet is south east asian vegetarian.

According to the World Health Organization, “Vitamin A deficiency is a public health problem in more than half of all countries, especially in Africa and South-East Asia, hitting hardest young children and pregnant women in low-income countries.”

I’m so glad you commented, because I need to provide a link so people don’t think I made that up! 🙂
I also am so appreciative that you checked out what I’ve been working on! You rock and can’t wait to read more about your adventures soon too!
